Terms of Use for Pay-per-view Users

For individuals and institutions who do not enjoy subscription rights access is possible via pay-per-view.

Pay-per-view content is for the use of the payee only, and content may not be further distributed by print or electronic means except under licence from CLA, CCC or your local reproduction rights agency. You may view, download, and/or print the article or eBook for your personal scholarly, research, and educational use. 

Payment of the specified fee entitles the user to:

  • access the purchased content online within the specified period*
  • download the purchased content in PDF/ePub format within the specified access period*
*Articles for 24 hours. Journal Issues or Whole Book Volumes for 7 days. Ebooks for 10 days. Once the purchase period has expired no further access will be possible. 

 

You may not: 

(i) distribute a copy (electronic or otherwise) of the article / eBook without the written permission of GSL, 

(ii) post the article or eBook on an electronic bulletin board or web site, or 

(iii) charge for a copy (electronic or otherwise) of the article or eBook.
