YRG Early Career Geologist Regional Final and Chartership

The YRG will be taking part in the Early Career Geologist Award event again this year. It is a competition run at a regional level with the winner going forward to the national final. The rules are as follows:
Entrants must be Fellows of the Geological Society.
Entrants to have a maximum of 10 yrs relevant post-graduate (bachelors or equivalent) work experience and have not yet become chartered.
Entrant live/work in the area covered by the YRG.
Entry Details
- Maximum 500 word written submission
- Must be geologically themed
- Must be entrants own work
Entries short listed to 3 finalists by a panel of judges from the YRG. A prize of £150 will be awarded to the winner from the Regional Group.
