Natural Sciences (Joint Honours) degrees For awards in the Natural Sciences degree scheme, students read two subjects. For the degree to be accredited, an accredited pathway must be taken, which ensures that Earth Sciences is the major subject. The minor subject (designated as subject ‘B’ below) is listed second in the degree title in the case of ‘with’ degrees, but is listed alphabetically in the case of ‘and’ degrees.
